Steel midsole and composite toe cap reinforced with ProNose reinforcement. The boot is lined with polyester and Thinsulate™ for extra warmth and comfort. Adjustable strap and reflective tape for better visibility. FX2 Winter insole made of soft E.V.A. with electrically conductive polyester thread and shock absorbing properties. Based on the Vibram Arctic Grip Platform, which is especially well-suited for cold, slippery surfaces, even on extremely slippery, oily, or icy surfaces. A PU midsole in combination with multilayer FX2 Supreme insole provides stable cushioning and shock absorption to make the shoe comfortable and prevent injuries to the foot and back. Shock absorbing material on the sides of the shoe supports ankles and protects the upper part of the foot from impact. PORON® XRD™ padding protects the foot from external impact, offers unrivalled shock absorption, and provides excellent ankle support to further reduce injuries. The unique material feels remarkably soft until exposed to pressure or impact, at which time it hardens to protect the foot from external injury.
